  • We follow the return policy of our seller and we believe in a transparent communication between the seller and customer. Through our chat functionality customer can connect with the seller to know more about the return policy of the product.
  • Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order by sending email to the support team / sending message to seller through our chat functionality, before it is processed (out for delivery). Note: If the order is already dispatched, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
  • You can now cancel an order when it is in-processing (i.e. packed/shipped status), as long as the cancel option is available on App/Website. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made
    Our seller has provided options for express delivery. If you select the express delivery as a shipment method during checkout. The product will delivered using the express delivery post. Please note this service is available with the additional cost as mentioned during checkout.

    Login to the Spakashion website or APP. Select the products you desire to buy and add them into your cart. Post verifying the products do checkout. Make the Payment using the secured online payment. You will receive the notification for the Order placed.
